Garage is accessible, but weekly farm projects are done there, so assume parking is OUTSIDE the garage doors.

Cleaning fee is (per week), house is cleaned usually on Tues/Wed, for a few hours.
No extra charge for lawn mowing/landscaping, this is generally weekly and included for the farm operation.
Generally, renter does their own laundry and dishes.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
